Laundry Jam support
Help with Laundry Jam.
Laundry Jam is a laundry-themed puzzle game: load the coloured laundry circling in the bowl into the cart of the same colour, use the dock slots wisely and clear the level. Every ten levels a new laundromat opens.

How to play
How does a level work?
- Tap a cart waiting in the yard; if its path (in the arrow’s direction) is clear and there is a free slot, it drives to the dock.
- A docked cart collects laundry of its own colour from anywhere in the bowl; when full it leaves for washing and its slot frees up.
- You lose when every open slot except PRIORITY is taken and no docked cart can find its colour in the bowl. There is no timer and no move limit.
- The yellow PRIORITY slot on the left is reserved for a cart sent with the Priority booster ("Seniors first").
- Tap a locked "+" slot on the dock to open a new slot for coins or, when one is offered, a reward video; it stays open until the level ends or restarts.
- Send carts whose colour is among the next few pieces in line, one quickly after another, to build a combo that fills the detergent bottle; tap the full bottle for a Foam Blast that washes the next ten pieces and counts them towards the carts that need them.
What do the boosters do?
- Collector — the next cart you send fills up with its colour from anywhere, even laundry still on its way to the bowl.
- Shuffle — colours and directions of the carts in the yard are reshuffled; the level stays solvable.
- Priority — the cart you pick goes straight to the priority slot even if it is blocked.
- Detergent — one extra Foam Blast, usable even when the combo meter is not full.
How do I earn coins, and when do ads appear?
Coins are earned by completing levels, in bonus rounds and from the daily gift in the Shop; optional in-app purchases (coin packs, bundles, detergent, No Ads) are also available. The game shows ads from Google AdMob: reward videos are always optional (you choose to watch one for an extra slot, a booster, double coins or to continue), and from level 8 a full-screen ad may occasionally appear when you tap Next after a win, or when you tap Try again after getting stuck on the same level twice in a row. The No Ads purchase removes those full-screen ads for good. Ad privacy choices: Settings → Privacy & Ads (details in the privacy policy).
What is a bonus round?
From level 3, every few levels a bonus round opens after a level you win, and the two kinds take turns. In Bonus Wash you pour the detergent and scrub the stains off a garment: coins come as it gets clean, from hidden pockets and when it is spotless. In Fold It you swipe to fold as much laundry as you can in 15 seconds; every garment pays coins, and keeping up a quick rhythm earns extra. What you earn goes to your balance. Skip, top right, passes on the round, and you keep the coins counted so far.
FAQ
Where is my progress stored?
Only on your device (your own iCloud or device backup may include it). Deleting the app deletes your progress; there is no online save or sync. One-time purchases such as No Ads come back with Settings → Restore Purchases.
What does Game Center do here?
If you are signed in, your highest completed level is submitted to the "Highest Level" leaderboard (Ranking tab). Nothing else is shared; the game works without it.
How do I turn off sound, music or vibration?
Use the gear icon on the home screen, or Pause → Settings in a level: Sound, Music, Vibration and Ambience can each be switched off.
A level got stuck, what should I do?
Pause (top right) → Restart restarts the level from scratch. If it keeps happening, e-mail us your device model and the level number.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone running iOS 15.0 or later (on iPad it runs in iPhone mode). An Android version is coming soon too.
Privacy
What data does the game use?
We don’t collect your name, e-mail, contacts or precise location. Ads from Google AdMob use device and app information, an app-scoped device identifier, your IP address (approximate location) and ad-interaction data, and your advertising ID only if you allow tracking. In-app purchases are recorded with an anonymous ID. Details: Privacy Policy.
Nothing here helped?

For a bug, include your device model and the level number. That one line usually turns three e-mails into one.
