Laundry Jam for iPhone
How Laundry Jam relates to personal data: what stays on your device, what leaves it for ads and purchases, and where you can change your choices.
The game does not collect your name, e-mail, contacts or precise location, and there is no account of ours.
Your level, coins and settings live in one file on the device and are never sent to us or to any server of ours.
Google AdMob serves the ads; the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking. Apple handles payments, and RevenueCat records purchases with an anonymous ID.
This policy explains how the mobile game Laundry Jam (iOS), developed by OZJAM, relates to personal data. In short: Laundry Jam is free and shows ads from Google AdMob. We do not collect your name, e-mail, contacts or precise location. Your device’s advertising identifier is used for ads only if you allow tracking, and the game plays exactly the same whether you allow it or not. Data leaves your device only for ads (below), for in-app purchases and for the optional Game Center leaderboard.
The game shows two kinds of ads: reward videos, which play only when you tap a video button (for example to unlock an extra slot, get a booster, double the coins of a level or continue), and occasional full-screen ads from level 8, between levels or when you tap "Try again" after losing the same level twice or more. To show, measure and protect these ads, Google may collect:
Google uses this data to deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud and abuse. If you allow tracking, Google may also use your advertising identifier to show ads that suit you better. If you don’t, Google does not receive that identifier, but ads may still be chosen using information such as the app and your approximate location — and, in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, according to the choices you make in Google’s consent message. Google acts under its own policies; see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. We limit ads to a general-audience (G) content rating. We do not receive your advertising identifier.
The No Ads and No Ads Pack purchases remove the full-screen (pop-up) ads for good. Reward videos stay available as an optional extra and only play when you tap them. You can restore these purchases from Settings → Restore Purchases.
The game stores your progress (level number, coin count, booster and detergent counts, sound/music/vibration/ambience settings, daily-gift time, last laundromat seen, bonus-round rotation, the IDs of purchases already delivered, a random anonymous purchase ID, whether you own No Ads, ad-pacing counters such as when the last full-screen ad was shown and how many videos were watched today, whether the tracking question was already shown, the first-launch time, ownership of the Starter Pack, chapter unlocks and a few ‘already seen’ flags) in a single file inside the app’s own storage on your device (user://save.json). This file is never sent to us or to any server of ours (your own iCloud or device backup may include it). Deleting the app deletes the file. Google’s consent choices are stored on your device by Google’s consent SDK.
Payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details or your Apple ID. To deliver and verify a purchase, the app sends the App Store receipt, the product ID, its price and currency, and a random anonymous ID created on your device (it is not linked to your name, e-mail or Apple ID) to RevenueCat, the service we use to validate and record purchases. RevenueCat processes this data on our behalf under its privacy policy. Nothing is sent unless you make or restore a purchase.
If you are signed in to Apple Game Center, the game submits your highest completed level to the "Highest Level" leaderboard so you can compare it with friends. This exchange happens directly between your device and Apple; we never receive, store or see this data. Game Center is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. If you are not signed in, the game works exactly the same without a leaderboard.
Laundry Jam is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. Ads are limited to a general-audience (G) content rating. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. In-app purchases are protected by Apple’s purchase confirmation and the device’s Ask to Buy / Screen Time controls.
The game links to this page (Settings → Privacy Policy). It is hosted on ozjam.com; what the website itself does is described in the ozjam.com privacy policy. Ads may link to other websites or apps; their own privacy policies apply.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, or under Turkey’s personal data protection law, KVKK), you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data and object to its use. We keep no personal data about you on servers of our own: your game progress stays on your device and is deleted with the app. To have your purchase records at RevenueCat deleted (they are linked only to the anonymous purchase ID), e-mail us at support@ozjam.com and include the Order ID from Apple’s purchase receipt e-mail so we can find the record; we reply within one month. Data that Google collects for ads is controlled by Google: you can turn off tracking in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, change your consent choices in the game under Settings → Privacy & Ads, and manage or ask Google to delete your data in My Ad Center and through Google’s privacy controls. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Turkey: the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).
If this policy changes, this page will be updated and the date above will change.
