The answer may already exist
The Warry support page covers the questions we get most: the five-location limit, why “expiring soon” means the next 30 days, why there are no push notifications, and how to attach a receipt to an item.
Contact
No ticket queue, no chatbot. Everything you send lands in a single inbox, and the person who writes the code answers it. Usually within a day, in Turkish or English.
All three land in the same inbox. Picking the right one just gets you a faster, more useful answer.
You reach the person who writes the apps directly, with no support desk in between. One thing we cannot do: Warry keeps everything on your device, so we are unable to look up, restore or delete anything inside your app. We will happily walk you through doing it yourself.
Four fields. No account, no captcha.
Before you write
None of this is required. It just saves a round trip.

Your iOS version, your device (iPhone 13, iPad Air), and the steps that led to it. A screenshot beats a paragraph. Warry runs on both iPhone and iPad, so knowing which one you were using matters.
The form sends an e-mail to our inbox. It is not saved to a database, you are not added to a newsletter, and it is not passed to anyone else. The details are in the site privacy policy.
Good to know
We aim to answer every message ourselves, as soon as we can. A message sent late on Friday can take until Monday. There is one person answering, so there is no queue to wait in — but there is also nobody covering the night shift.
Of course. Turkish and English are both fine, so use whichever is comfortable. Warry’s interface also speaks Spanish and German, but support is answered in Turkish or English.
No, and that is deliberate. Warry keeps your items, photos and documents only on your device, and none of it reaches us — so there is no copy for us to restore. Deleting the app deletes the data with it. We can tell you where to look on the device, and that is genuinely all we can do.
Every one of them. We cannot promise a date or that an idea will ship — small studio, long list — but recurring requests are what shapes the next release. Tell us the problem you are trying to solve, not only the feature you pictured; the problem is the useful part.
To the same address, with “Privacy request” as the subject, or through the form using the privacy request option. What we hold and for how long is set out in the Privacy Policy, and in Turkish in the KVKK disclosure.
The support page collects everything we get asked repeatedly, from adding your first item to what happens when you switch phones.
