How it plays
Three of a kind, and they are gone.
Tap a tile and it drops into the tray beneath the board. Bring three of the same tile together down there and they merge and clear. That is the whole rule; the boards are what keep it interesting.
Tap, tray, match
Every tap moves one tile from the board into the tray. Three matching tiles meeting in the tray merge and vanish, which frees the space up again.
Five slots, five lives
The tray holds five tiles. If it fills up without a match you do not lose the level — Miyuv loses one of his five lives, the tray empties back onto the board and you keep playing. The level ends only when all five lives are gone, and even then a short video will give you one more.
A hint, a shuffle, an undo
Three helpers for the moments when the board stops making sense: a nudge in the right direction, a reshuffle of the tiles, and a way back from the one you should not have tapped. Shuffle is free and unlimited. Hint and undo each give you one use for a short video, and that use stays in your pocket until you spend it. If no ad is loaded, both simply work for free. When the board runs out of moves the Shuffle button pulses to say so, and shuffling is still free.

The other half of the game is a room.
Coins come from playing, furniture comes from coins. Piece by piece the room turns into somewhere a cat would actually want to be.
Fifteen pieces of furniture
Bought one at a time with coins earned on the board. There is no other way to get them; nothing in PurrBuddy is for sale.
Tap it and he uses it
Tap a piece Miyuv owns and he walks over to it: sleeps on it, eats from it, plays with it, purrs beside it. The room is where he lives, not a shelf of trophies.

Six frames, from the board to Miyuv’s room. Five collections — Cozy Classics, Cat Friends, Cat Cafe, Playtime and Garden — take turns every 20 levels. In the first collection two new tiles unlock every 3 levels until all sixteen are in play by level 16, and every later collection arrives complete from its first level.

Boards that change shape
Diamond, plus, frame, twin towers. The layout shifts as the levels go on, so a set of tiles you know by heart still reads differently every time.
Five collections in rotation
Cozy Classics, Cat Friends, Cat Cafe, Playtime and Garden hand over to one another every 20 levels, 16 tiles each. In the first collection two new tiles unlock every 3 levels; from level 16 on, every collection arrives complete from its first level.
Daily gift, streak, gift boxes
A gift waiting for you each day, a streak that grows as you keep winning, and a gift box every 3 levels.
A leaderboard, if you want it
One leaderboard and seven achievements, through Game Center on iPhone and Google Play Games on Android. Signing in is entirely up to you; the game is complete without it.
Plays offline
No account, no login, no registration. Your level, score, coins and furniture stay on the device; we run no server for them to reach. Sign in from the trophy button and only your score and achievements go to Apple (Game Center) or Google (Play Games).
Free, with nothing to buy
PurrBuddy is free and kept going by ads. There are no in-app purchases at all: nothing in the game, furniture included, is for sale.
